Business Casual is available on retainer to provide organizational design and HR support, facilitate internal dialogues and creative navigation of sticky situations for the long term. Our peer support and skill-building community of practice for queer small business owners.

Using a combination of group meetings, peer consulting and practical workshops, Homeroom’s mission is to create space for queer entrepreneurs to practice building deep relationships with staff, clients and themselves. We use intentional conversation and focused reflection to help our community begin to see the ways in which our businesses — and how we run them — can be part of a movement toward equity, justice, and healing. A radical professional development program for folks who manage people at values-driven small businesses.

If you are looking for a genuine and non-stuffy manager training experience, this is it! Incorporating wisdom from a broad range of disciplines, Manager Study Hall will sharpen your management skills and take your leadership to the next level.
